ORANGES FRESH MART

 


Termination of membership regulations as below:


1) The requirements for registering as a member:

     a) Registration is only accepted through IC or Passport.

     b) Aged 16 and above.

2) Found fake accounts, multiple accounts for one person, technical problems in the accounts, malicious slander, malicious dissemination of false information, attempting to create confusion, breaking the law, provoking, illegal activities, and damaging the rights and interests of Oranges Fresh Mart or third parties.

3) Found an improper purpose, register an account for other malicious purposes or apply for a member to conduct transactions to achieve their own interests.

4) Found when members harmed the interests of Oranges Fresh Mart through false transactions, malicious or deliberate multiple refunds.

5) All members must comply with the relevant requirements of Oranges Fresh Mart, such as: photos, returned goods, if shipping, handling fees, service fees, and other costs are required, the respondents must bear the responsibility themselves.

6) No transaction for 6 consecutive months after user registration/login.

7) For intentional or malicious acts damaging the right and interests of Oranges Fresh Mart, Oranges Fresh Mart will also seek legal channels.

* When user becomes a member of Oranges Fresh Mart, it also means agreeing the "Termination Of Membership Regulations".


Rules of "Rotten fruit? Returning the goods without reason":

 

*Oranges Fresh Mart has set up a service for returning the goods without reason if rotten fruit,  our members can apply for a refund at any time without evidence, so you can purchase with confidence.

1) All Oranges Fresh Mart products have a 72-hours warranty.

2) Commitment to bear the customer's product loss, enjoy the service of applying for a refund within 72 hours without proof or returning the product.

3) For members who place orders and payment through the apps "Oranges", refunds will be made by returning e-wallet credit. (Processed within 5-7days)

4) Any refund amount requested by the member will be fully credited to the e-wallet account of the apps "Oranges".

5) Receipt are required for non-member.

6) For non-members, members who place orders and payments through our detail shop or business members, cash cannot be refunded but they can choose to replace returned goods with equivalent price, if the purchase amount is higher than the refunded merchandise amount, the difference must be repaid and if less than the original price, no refund will be given, and the original price refund amount will be deemed to have been agreed upon.

7) Oranges Fresh Mart refund or return quantity will be base on the product unit (UOM ID).

     a) PCS,CUP,KG,KILO will be refunded or returned goods in equivalent units.

     b) PACK,CTN(Carton) will be refunded or returned goods in PCS units.

8) "The later-ripening" fruits specifically refer to the stage of continued ripening of the fruit between the "physiological maturity" and the "edible maturity" stages. People refer to this particular and significant stage as the "later-ripening stage" of the fruit. This category of fruits is also know as "later-ripening fruits. "Oranges Fresh Mart designates later-ripening fruits to include bananas, mangoes, pineapples, papayas, avocados, soursops. The above-mentioned ripening-type fruits, if they cannot ripen properly and result in damage, it will not be limited to the 72-hour guarantee period.

9) For those maliciously or deliberately applied for refund multiple times, Oranges Fresh Mart has the right to request the goods return, Investigate to retain the eligibility for refunds, and shipping or other related costs will be the responsibility of the user.

10) Oranges Fresh Mart is only responsible for the refund of the product amount. Shipping, handling fees, service fees, and other losses will not be accepted.

* When a customer applies for a refund, it also means that the customer agrees the rules of" Rotten fruit? Returning the goods without reason".


E-Wallets And Top-Ups   


1) After joining the membership, you can choose to use the Oranges Fresh Mart e-wallet top-up service. If you refuse us, we will not be able to provide you with this preferential service, but it will not affect your use of other payment or top-up services. 

2) Oranges Fresh Mart currently offers 6 types of topup packages and the company has the right to change the topup package. 

3) All funds in the wallet will only be used to purchase all products under the Oranges Fresh Mart umbrella. 

4) In order to avoid violating the money laundering law, all amounts in the user's e-wallet are not allowed to be refunded, but can be used to purchase all Oranges Fresh Mart products until they are emptied.

5) All current employees are not allowed to use unfair means to allow members to obtain wallet credit.

    a) If it is found that there is no reasonable reason: The company will deduct all allowances and commissions of the employee and issue a warning letter.

    b) The company will freeze this member's account and be included in the company's blacklist.

 

Membership Points


1) Membership Points can only be used for Oranges Fresh Mart and can be used to spend at any of Oranges Fresh Mart stores. 

2) The membership point is RM 1 = 1 point

        a) Numbers after the decimal point are not within the range of points collection. 

             For example, if you buy RM 14.95, you will still get 14 points. 

        b) The "cents rounding" is also not within the range of points collection. 

             For example, if you buy RM 14.97 but after cents rounding to RM 15.00, you will still get 14 points. 

3) Members redeem points for 100 points = RM 1

4) All current employees are not allowed to use unfair means to allow members to obtain points.

    a) If it is found that there is no reasonable reason: The company will deduct all allowances and commissions of the employee and issue a warning letter.

    b) The company will freeze this member's account and be included in the company's blacklist.

 

Delivery:


1) Delivery time for Oranges Fresh Mart: order today, and deliver between 10am-8pm the next day. (Off Sunday)

     a) Delivery in Johor Bahru district within 1-2 days.

2) Delivery locations of Oranges Fresh Mart:  Pontian Besar, Pontian Kecil, Ayer Baloi, Benut, Kukup, Pekan Nenas, Gelang Patah, Bukit Indah.

3) Information cannot be changed after the order is placed. Oranges Fresh Mart will deliver the goods according to the information provided by the user. If the information provided by the user is incorrect, the consequences will be at your own risk.

4) Oranges Fresh Mart cannot be delivered to remote areas, areas with incomplete addresses, and areas where vehicles cannot reach or enter.

5) If the following situations occur, it may cause delays or failure of delivery on the same day.

     a) An irresistible incident has occurred.

     b) Public holidays, special days, the birthday of God, the 14th Chinese, the 29th/30th Chinese.

     c) The receiving information provided by the user is wrong, the consignee cannot be contacted, the network fails, the truck breaks down, the traffic                   accident, and the traffic jam.
